Application Mobile, embarquée “CNOPS AMO Assurés”, permet en toute fluidité une meilleure accessibilité aux informations liées à la situation administrative des assurés et au suivi des prestations garanties par l’Assurance Maladie Obligatoire. L’objectif est d’assurer le droit à l’information et de promouvoir la proximité et la qualité de services aux assurés.

L’application s’adresse aux populations suivantes :

1. Les assurés actifs et retraités du secteur public.
2. Les victimes des violations des droits de l’Homme.
3. Les étudiants.
4. Les assurés actifs et retraités de l’ ONCF

L’application offre les fonctionnalités suivantes :

• Consultation de la situation administrative des assurés et de leurs ayants droits ;
• Suivi de la carte d’immatriculation
• Suivi des remboursements des dossiers de maladie ;
• Suivi des prises en charge des hospitalisations au Maroc et à l’étranger, dialyse, cancer, ophtalmologie, etc.
• Suivi des prises en charge des médicaments coûteux admis en mode tiers payants qui permet à l’assuré de consulter l’état de traitement de son dossier de prise en charge, les pharmacies conventionnées et les médicaments coûteux concernés
• Guide des médicaments (princeps et génériques) avec lecture optique des codes à barre
• Comparateur des tarifs d’actes entre plusieurs catégories de producteurs de soins, suivant le Tarif national de référence
• Envoi de réclamation ou de demande d’information avec possibilité de joindre des documents ;
• Adresses utiles avec géolocalisations (Sites CNOPS, ONOUSC, OFFPPT, MUTUELLE et producteurs de soins)
• Des messages de prévention sur les principales pathologies qui affectent les populations-cible.
