«Транспортная карта» – это удобное и функциональное мобильное приложение для пользователей транспортных (в том числе социальных) и банковских карт, которые используются в Транспортной системе «Электронный проездной».

С помощью приложения «Транспортная карта» вы сможете оперативно получать всю актуальную информацию по своей транспортной карте:
– Текущий баланс
– Срок действия
– История поездок
– История пополнений

Для пользователей транспортных карт ЕТК-Онлайн, действующих в некоторых регионах, доступен сервис подключения и отключение услуг/абонементов и функция онлайн-пополнения.

Для пользователей, оплачивающих транспортные услуги с помощью банковских карт, доступны следующие функции:
– Просмотр информации о статусе банковской карты (доступна ли оплата проезда в транспорте)
– Просмотр истории поездок
– Подключение услуг/абонементов на банковскую карту (если это доступно в вашем регионе)

Для просмотра карт на нескольких устройствах требуется регистрация с использованием действительного адреса электронной почты.В дальнейшем, в зависимости от настройки, вы сможете настроить доступ к приложению по четырехзначному коду, а также, если это поддерживается вашим устройством – по отпечатку пальца или с помощью функции Face ID.

Для добавления транспортной карты в приложение необходимо ввести PAN-номер карты (уникальный номер из 15 цифр), указанный на оборотной стороне транспортной карты, либо сканировать штрих-код с оборотной стороны карты (опционально, в зависимости от видов карт).

Для добавления банковской карты в приложение необходимо ввести 16-значный номер с лицевой стороны банковской карты и выбрать регион использования.

Using the Transport Card application, you can quickly receive all relevant information on your transport card:

– Recharge History

For users of ETK-Online transport cards operating in some regions, a service for connecting and disconnecting services / subscriptions and an online replenishment function are available.

The following functions are available for users paying for transport services using bank cards:
– View information on the status of a bank card (is payment of fare available in transport)
– View travel history
– Connection of services / subscriptions to a bank card (if available in your area)

To view maps on multiple devices, registration using a valid email address is required. Later, depending on the setting, you can configure access to the application using a four-digit code, and, if supported by your device, by fingerprint or using the Face function ID

To add a transport card to the application, you must enter the PAN number of the card (a unique number of 15 digits) indicated on the back of the transport card, or scan the bar code on the back of the card (optional, depending on the type of card).

To add a bank card to the application, you must enter the 16-digit number on the front of the bank card and select the region of use.
